What we collect
Board inputs: the hours, pack volume, layer count, access order and accent you set in the builder. These are used to draw your board and are not linked to your identity unless you contact us about them.
Contact details: if you send a message, we keep your name, email and note so we can reply.
Basic technical data: standard server logs such as page requests, used to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not collect location tracks, health data or route history — the tool has no need for them.
Payments
No payment is processed on this site yet. The payment provider is pending, so no card or billing data is collected or stored at this time. When checkout is enabled, this policy will be updated to describe the provider used.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the details you have sent us by emailing support@ommuk.shop. We respond to reasonable requests within a month.
